How many children can attend the party?
We can accommodate up to 20 children per party. Adults are welcome to attend free of charge.
How long is the rental period?
Each party includes 3 hours (setup, event, and cleanup). Additional hours can be booked for $50/hour.
Can I bring my own food and decorations?
Yes! For Package A, you can bring your own food, decorations, and party supplies. Package B and include themed decorations and snacks.
Are there specific themes available?
Yes! We offer a variety of popular themes, including favorite characters for children under 5.
How do I book a party?
Complete our online booking form or contact us directly at membership@produckidvity.com.
What is your cancellation policy?
Parties canceled with more than 7 days' notice will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the $50 deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit all payments.
What if my child does not attend ProducKIDvity for daycare? Can they still have a birthday party here?
Absolutely! We welcome anyone within our community to utilize our spaces and party packages.
Can I reschedule my party?
Yes, rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the party without penalty, subject to availability.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before the party begins.
What time can I arrive to set up?
You can arrive 15 minutes before your party starts to set up.
Who cleans up after the party?
For Package A, the renter is responsible for cleaning the space. A professional cleaning option is available for $75. Packages B includes cleanup services.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer free parking for guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can we bring a photographer or additional vendors?
Absolutely! Please notify us in advance so we can ensure proper accommodations.
Is the space child-safe?
Yes, our facility is designed with child safety in mind, including age-appropriate furniture and play areas.
