Trouble Shooting Notes:

If the screen is dark, press the round power button on the top of the machine to wake the screen. A rinse cycle will begin automatically.

Check to ensure that the water tank is full. On the front right hand side of the machine, there is a plastic container (with finger grips).

If the machine needs beans, you can pour them directly into the back of the machine. The cover simply lifts off.

For drinks with milk, ensure the frothing pitcher is filled and attached to the machine. Remove the hot water spout by pulling toward you. Push the milk frothing pitcher into the slot you pulled the hot water spout from. Select your preferred coffee from the list, and enjoy!

How to connect to our wi-fi network:

1) Open the wi-fi settings on your device.

2) Select "Working Space" from the list.

3) Enter the password "Produckidvity101". It is case sensitive and doesn't include the quotation marks.

4) Enjoy your high speed wi-fi!

As a member of our coworking community, you have access to business class printing as well as the rest of our supply room! To print from your cell phone, download the Kyocera Mobile Print app on IOS and Android. To print from your computer, navigate to your printer and scanner settings and select "Add Printer" and "Add by IP Address". Type in the IP address 10.1.166.250 and this should connect you seamlessly.

We use Kisi, which allows you to unlock doors with your mobile phone or an access card (if available). When you sign up to co-work with us, you will receive an onboarding email in order to create an account, which will allow access via your mobile device.

A few notes:

The Kisi app and readers use Bluetooth and location services in order to unlock the door. Please make sure that both Bluetooth and location services are turned on for Kisi in your settings- otherwise, you will run into issues when unlocking the door.

You have the option of holding your phone up to the reader, or alternatively, standing near the reader, opening the app, and pressing the icon for the associated door.

Please use the tablet at my desk to check yourself in when you arrive. I will check you out on my end, and check ins auto reset after 24hrs.

If accessing the space after hours, let us know so we can set you up with an alarm code. If alarmed, you will need to disarm the space upon arrival and again when you leave.

Parking along the 500 block of Leon Avenue is hourly, with a 3 hour limit. Download the PayByPhone app for easy access, and the ability to add time from your mobile device. You'll receive a notification when your parking is 15 minutes away from expiry. The app also allows you to purchase time in minutes as opposed to hours.
