HOUSE RULES

Private Office and Dedicated Desk Members: You have 24/7/365 access to the space and all its amenities.

Hot Desk/Drop-in Members: The space is open to you from 8:30 to 5:00, Monday to Friday.

1. This is a community space. Please treat the facility and your co-workers with the same respect that you would expect toward yourself. Things like using headphones or taking a phone call in the phone booth (or one of our boardrooms) as opposed to in the hallway make a huge difference!

2. Guests must check in at the front desk with the community manager. This is the best way to ensure the safety of all in the building in the event of an emergency. You are responsible for your guests while they are within the facility.

3. Access to the daycare facility is not permitted to those without a child in the academy. If you would like to set up a tour, please contact director@produckidvity.com or see Hufarish.

4. Keep it legal. We have zero tolerance for anyone using the space or its resources to conduct or pursue any illegal activities.

5. Please clean up after yourself! This includes the kitchen, boardroom, or other common areas. Do your part to keep the space clean and tidy for those around you. If you empty it, fill it! If you dirty it, clean it! If you open it, close it! If you spill it, wipe it! Please put all dishes in the dishwasher and help yourself to coffee. 

6. Reduce and recycle where possible! There is a shredder available to you in the print and supply room for confidential documents. Please ensure no food waste or soiled containers go into the mixed recycling bin near the back door.

7. We welcome well behaved pets! If your furry friend struggles with meeting other humans or animals, please consider leaving them at home where they are more comfortable.

8. Make your space your own! Feel free to furnish your space or unit to your heart's content. You are responsible for any damages that occur as a result of your personalization. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9. We like to host Happy Hours and functions. No person under the legal age for consuming alcohol in British Columbia shall consume alcohol in our space. Any person of legal drinking age that chooses to consume alcohol in our space shall do so responsibly. 

10. In order to ensure productivity at ProducKIDvity, please do not bring your children upstairs into the coworking facility (unless otherwise approved). Downstairs visits during daycare hours can be arranged with the educator assigned to your child's classroom.

These House Rules apply to all members, guests, invitees, and others in our ProducKIDvity spaces, unless otherwise specifically stated in your membership agreement.
